"Parking was directly in front of the room and well lit at night. Room was nice, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was extremely clean while the towels need to be replaced. They weren't bad, just a little thin. Didn't really have any interaction with the staff other than the front desk, but the one house cleaner we did ask for something was extremely helpful and very very sweet! For the price, I would def come back! "

Couldn’t have imagined a better view of the ocean, it was magical to see it at sunset, dark and sunrise. "From check in to check out Jay was phenomenally hospitable. It was a lovely and safe solo stay with my dog. Breakfast was punctual, the room was comfortable and clean, and my dog had everything she needed. While some things were closed for the season, it was still an enjoyable stay. The comfort room in particular was very relaxing. I would definitely choose this resort for future stays in the Cape and recommend it to others."

"Very nice property and the staff were extremely pleasant. It was just what we needed for the weekend. Plenty of room and allowed for family to come for dinner. Full kitchen with everything you needed including a dishwasher. Two full baths was nice to have as well. Great place."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"I called them Friday to tell them the ferry wasn't running so I couldn't get there and they told me I did NOT have a reservation! I was charged anyway. What is this even about? I spoke to a human there."
