No written instructions for WiFi or anything and not even one coffee filter to get us through the first morning — all seemed low level for this rental price point. The exterior is inhospitable and knowing we’d be on the 3rd floor without an elevator for luggage was a surprise. And the serious warnings in the contract felt as if I needed legal advice. This condo is a corner cutting business first— so don’t expect any warmth or welcome packet."

"Summerwinds (the property) is great and I plan to return. The mattresses are soft, I hope the owners upgrade them. Slept on the king and tested the lower bunk out of curiosity. "Beautiful view, very nice and helpful staff, and a dog friendly hotel yay! The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious! We had special waterproof bracelets that gave us entry to the facility and to our rooms which were very handy. All 3 food and drink places were absolutely delicious especially THE BEACH HOUSE SOCIAL! The pool and hot tub were wonderful with plenty of loungers and towels. The decorations were so beachy and fun! The only thing that we didn't enjoy were the slightly dirty floors in our rooms. They were surfaced cleaned but really needed to be deep cleaned which I'm sure is hard to do with the amount of visitors at this place. The room was clean and nice though, and comfy bed! The microwave needed to be replaced because it was burned up inside and had a small melted hole through the door, it shocked my husband before he realized it !! The deadbolt on the front door was broken but locked ok and had an entry latch to keep anyone from entering. Overall our stay was wonderful! We will definitely return"

"The front staff was super friendly. The room was super cold! We loved it! It had some Skittles on the floor by the bed, and the tub was a bit dirty, but other than that it was great. The beds were soft and comfortable, and parking was great! The breakfast was good; it had sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, a variety of fruits, waffles, and good cereals. The lack of seating was frustrating! All the tables were taken, so I had to take my food upstairs to my room."

"The property management staff communicated clearly at the perfect times before, during, and after our trip. The only hiccup we had was we were sent the wrong access code to our unit. A quick phone call fixed that issue. Would definitely stay again!"
