The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. "Hotel Restaurant Sausa provides excellent value for money spent. The room was very clean with a refrigerator and a large bathroom with wall-in shower. It is not fancy, but it met our needs. There is a nice big pool and an on site restaurant, but we did not utilize either. This is a convenient base for day trips to Girona, Figueres, Besalu, and the Mediterranean coastal towns."
