"I’m not sure if it was the heat, but most of the staff seemed off—aside from a few who were pleasant. The general attitude felt a bit nonchalant. When I got to the restaurant, it was extremely hot, so I asked for the AC to be turned on. They did, but it was still uncomfortable, so I requested a fan as well. At that point, I felt like I was becoming a bother. The gentleman in the restaurant seemed annoyed, ignored me, and walked away. Eventually, one of the receptionists noticed what was going on...

"I’m not sure if it was the heat, but most of the staff seemed off—aside from a few who were pleasant. The general attitude felt a bit nonchalant. When I got to the restaurant, it was extremely hot, so I asked for the AC to be turned on. They did, but it was still uncomfortable, so I requested a fan as well. At that point, I felt like I was becoming a bother. The gentleman in the restaurant seemed annoyed, ignored me, and walked away. Eventually, one of the receptionists noticed what was going on and kindly asked me to move closer to a fan that was already on. The whole situation felt a bit like pride getting in the way. Overall, the stay was still worth it. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the AC was very noisy."
