"Appartement très sympa et bien situé prêt du port, commodités proches, Naxos est une très belle île pour la randonnée et les plages. Nous sommes juste un peu déçu par la taille de la douche. Nous étions 2 couples. Autrement tout était parfait accueil très sympa. On reviendra. "

"Very good location for the city and the amenities around. The room was small but good for two people. The host was great. The only issue is the cleaning of the bathroom. Since arriving the toilet was clearly not cleaned properly and the bathroom was not cleaned in the 5 days we were there. A bit more care in this respect would had made our stay perfect."

"When we opened the door to our suite (#3) my first thought was BEAUTIFUL! Everything was immaculate and even nicer than the pictures. Michael our host was beyond words. We rented a car through him and he set up a wine tour for us at Saint Anna’s Winery. Definitely a must! At breakfast our last day we met his mother who I just wanted to hug. We found the people of Naxos to be the gem of the island."

"Es war einfach nur wunderbar. Der richtige Ort um mal abzuschalten und die Ruhe zu genießen. Ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig um sich auf der Insel fortzubewegen. Ansonsten ist an dem Hotel nichts auszusetzten. Sauber, modern, schön und sehr nettes Personal. Vielen Dank an Dimitris und die fleißigen Putzfrauen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub! "

Nel nostro caso si sono organizzati per venirci a prendere al porto e per riaccompagnarci in occasione della partenza. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto della torta e del caffè freddo squisiti. "Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à Theasis : l’accueil fut irréprochable (arrivée au port, transfert arrivée et départ), le propriétaire est au petit soin et vous explique tout en détail. La chambre est spacieuse, literie plus que confortable, salle de bain avec douche digne d’un 3-4 étoiles en France, propreté irréprochable avec ménage. La vue est époustouflante et l’hôtel a 2 minutes à pied de la Chora, avec un calme absolu. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Haut de gamme de l’hôtellerie. J’y...

"430 euros per night but nothing in return. Terrible cleaning service in fact no cleaning at all. All surfaces were dirty every time we returned to the room, hair and sand on the floor, no mopping, no products. We had to ask for coffee, shampoo, sugar, creamer everyday which are basic, no hair conditioner either. They gave us quarter amount of paper rolls every day and we had to kept going to the reception for more because we were always in need of something. How disgraceful to be so cheap with...

"Really nice, clean and fresh rooms. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are modern and stylish. We had a very good experience. The lady at the reception is very welcoming and helpful. She was available by phone all the time and gave as really good recommendations for Naxos (restaurants, places a to visit etc). It takes 10-15 mins to the city center, but the walk down was not a problem. About 1 min from the hotel we had 2 bus stops, one for the villages and one for the beaches. "

"Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation.
