Our stay at Vidanta was truly unforgettable and easily one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had!
Although this review is listed under BON Hotel, we actually did not stay there because we were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to The Estates. What an amazing surprise! Even though we stayed at The Estates, I want to mention that the entire Vidanta property is absolutely beautiful and impressive.
What truly made our experience special was the exceptional customer service. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful stay. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because so many people went above and beyond for us.
Two people who especially stood out were David, one of our drivers at The Estates, who was always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Alexis at The Estates reception, who assisted us several times throughout our stay and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The property is beautiful, but it is the people who truly make the experience unforgettable. We felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay.
I highly recommend Vidanta and cannot wait to return! Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special and giving us memories we will never forget. ❤️"
