"Zimmer war sauber, allerdings das Bad könnte etwas mehr desinfiziert werden. Sonst hätte ich 5 * für die Sauberkeit gegeben. Eigentlich war sie eine angenehme Unterbringung. Allerdings ist es dort sehr laut, da nur 2 km davon das Flughafen entfernt ist. Sonst war ich zufrieden."

"Stayed one night and it was perfect!! Staff were helpful and only 15 min walk from the main areas which was great. We didn’t want to stay right in the hustle and bustle where it was loud. Breakfast was also really good. Had everything you wanted. If I go back to Heraklion I’d definitely stay there again. Parking included was a bonus."

"Check in went smooth, clean room, it was for 1 person but if you ask me was big enough honestly. Everything close by , safe for woman solo travel . I recommend 10/10"

"I choose this spot over others because they mentioned a complimentary shuttle to square/ heart of town which was not the case. I don’t mind walking but I only have so many footsteps a day due to double foot surgery. Other than that , everything was great. The staff, the food, & the property itself. Thank you."

"Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very comfortabky appointed. The rooms had all the amenities one needs. I especially appreciated the clothes steamer in the closet, a variety of outlets on both sides of the bed, confortable bed, The staff were welcoming and helpful and breakfast delicious."

"Suite for 4 people. The mattress of sofa bed was too thin for grown up adults. We asked for a reinforcement and they made it immediately. Kind staff excellent location with the public garage right beneath."
