Great place to relax for a few days as a family. Easy beach access, nice pools, convenient restaurants and nice spa. Buffet was good but rather fewer items /increased quality. Overall a nice stay.

I would reconsider the background music by the pool and beach bar. 1) Change playlists more regularly. 2) Allows for some "silent" hours with no music. 3) The area with the blue sofas should NOT have music at all during the day. I’d give this hotel 2/5 for a couple. We were over charged on day one and getting the money back took us reporting fraud to our credit card as Expedia wouldn’t release the money.
