Carly, at the reception desk, was absolutely fantastic, greeted me with a warm smile, and chatted with me for a bit about my travels (and how it’s my first ever time in Richmond, VA) before gifting me a complimentary room upgrade to enhance my— already wonderful— stay in Richmond :) If you walk into the hotel to check in and see Carly at the front desk, just know you’re in great hands!!!"

"There was no one initially at the desk when we got there, had to wait about 10 minutes. The person had left the premises with no one for back up. When we got to the room - the Television didn't work, the bathroom door worked but was basically broken, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the place just seemed to be....old. Bed was comfy though."
