"I needed a place to sleep as my neighbor was playing overly loud obnoxious music. I found a room at the Motor Lodge, and hopped in the car. Place was lovely, quiet and clean. I was only there long enough to sleep, but it was exactly what I needed! I highly recommend this place if you are travelling through the Carson Valley!"

"The CVI is a beautiful place to stay in Gardnerville. I love the indoor pool and Jacuzzi's. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel and casino areas are clean. The food is always good and Katie's is my favorite, they always have great food, with excellent service. Thank you,"

"Stayed in a cabin. It was pretty Cold outside. But it was beautiful. Like camping with many conveniences. Loved it!"

"Heater was broken, took 4 different ppl to finally come fix it only for it to break again. Manager moved us to a different room but we spent the first 2 nights in the cold. At the new room, someone was smoking in the hallway and it seemed into our room. I called the front desk and they said thanks for letting us know and did nothing about it. For how much I paid I am upset about my experience. (Oh and you have to pay extra for parking!) Im not coming back here."

"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"The room was okay. Pillows very thin. I had tiny bugs in the bathroom which I informed the person in the office. He said he would let his pest control people know. That didn’t help me out any. There is a portable heater provided to make the room warm(er), which seemed odd for a motel/hotel to have."

"The property was under construction and the pool in the gym are completely closed. Throughout the stay they woukd rerouted us to take different stairwells. It felt like chaos."

"This place was incredibly clean & tidy. The staff were great & the front desk lady was very pleasant. I don't have any negative experience in this location. Would highly recommend friends & family to book with Bluelake Inn. It's a great location. It is near many places & the stateline of Nevada. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Bluelake Inn. The swimming pool wasn't open, but there are many lake side available to swim, etc."

"Nothing unique. Motel room appeared not properly cleaned, drapes coming down, only 2 light fixtures (both on the same side of the bed). The bathroom was dirty, the mirror had toothpaste spots on it (I wiped off with a napkin I had), shower curtain had a hairclip from previous patron and there was a grocery bag under the sink with what looked like clothes and a post-it note stating "this is not my stuff" Kimberly. Why not throw away then? A blowdryer was once available because the holder was...

"Great, considerate staff, location is ideal and they let you leave your car all day. Very clean, walkable to lots of food options and perfect if you just need a bed so you can ski."
