"This is a beautiful hotel built in the late 1800s. It features great and rich designs, however, it has seen it's better days, and needs some maintenance. At the time of the stay the AC wasn't working, and the SPA was closed. However stay was still pleasant overall."

"Nach wie vor das beste Hotel in Wiener Neustadt, manchmal keine Zimmer frei, weil Hochzeiten oder andere Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Besonders das Frühstück ist ein unvergleichliches großes Angebot. Wer den nebenan befindlichen öffentlichen Parkplatz benutzen will, der sollte die Parkgebühr entrichten, ..."
