"Le stationnement dans la rue n'est pas toujours aisé. La chambre était au 4 ème sans ascenseur avec des marches raides. Logement très propre mais vieillot. La terrasse à disposition est 2 etages plus bas. "

"Pas de climatisation c’est une chose, mais au minimum un ventilateur aurait été le bienvenu… confort du lit à revoir également. De plus nous avons réservé une chambre tripe mais nous sommes retrouvé en chambre double.. nous attendons encore la boisson de bienvenue également. En revanche la chambre était propre et l’accueil plutôt sympathique. Malheureusement le but d’une chambre d’hôtel et de dormir mais à cause de la chaleur ainsi que l’inconfort du lit, nous avons très mal dormis… bien dommage...

"I think parking and towels should be included in the price. Parking on the street was crazy and not necessary. We should not have to think about towels on vacation. Julia, Maria and Pietro at the front desk were welcoming and so helpful with suggestions. They all went above and beyond with detailed directions parking, costs for parking, timing for crowds and great dinner options. I would gladly return and recommend it to family and friends. "Unsere Zimmer im EG entsprach nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Eingangstür schließt nicht richtig. Ein Spalt zwischen Zarge und Türblatt vorhanden. Im Zimmer findet man beschädigte Tapeten und verschmutzte Wände. Im Bad blickt man auf eine Bohrung in den Wandfliesen und auf beschädigte Tür. Die Duschtür erfüllt zwar ihre Funktion, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und an mehreren Stellen verrostet. Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass nach einer Reklamation, umgehend der Schaden behoben wurde.
