"The hotel is beautiful and staff are wonderful. Room was a good size. The problem was people leaving their rooms and doors slammed shut. "This property is fine. The common areas are clean and the staff were all kind, helpful, and professional. The room was dated and smelled musty / of smoke (when you enter this property, any seasoned traveler will recognize this is just a given for a hotel of this type and caliber); we self resolved this issue with a quick trip to Walmart for some Febreze and a plug-in air freshener. "Room seemed to be somewhat recently rehabbed but they forgot to address the shower / tub. First impression of tub was that someone had poured acid in it as the surface looked pretty beat up. The soap tray were the same way; no way I would have put something on it. The spout had a 1 1/2 inch gap from the wall with the copper pipe exposed. The water would also not completely drain from the tub after a shower ; I would step into filthy cold water from my previous shower each morning. I conserved a...
