"Room average clean. Staff able to accomodate us the king bed we wanted. Since we are couple, staff showed us how the room look like. Breakfast not good enough and we are expecting more cook food like boil eggs, scramble egg etc. The hotel not lock at the front door and any entrance or exit doors for 24 hrs seems unsafe during night time and no keys for entering the building during the night and only your hotel room door has the key card. Hotel need an updates of their security measures. "

"Can I upload a picture...? The place should be condemned.. Mould all over the ceiling....cold floors...stained bedding....what a place for bedbugs or the friggin crabs... Worst place ever...Had to pay a hefty pet fee for a hole..."

"Room had a number of issues. Bathroom doorknob was hanging off the door, not able to lock it and created difficulties opening and closing it. No batteries were in the TV remote. This problem was addressed and staff were able to find batteries to place in the remote. The room had a smoke detector with the battery not pushed in as it would start beeping when it was pushed in. The oven within the suite which we were hoping to use to hear our breakfast casserole must have had something dirty...
