"The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!"

"Het is een top omgeving om lekker tot rust te komen. In de kamer waar ik zat was wel veel licht van buiten, maar het scheelde dat je dan ook op tijd wakker was voor het lekkere ontbijt! "

"A cozy hotel with spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I love the location since you can walk a few steps to the Centrum, shopping streets and restaurants. This was our second stay and will surely repeat. "

"The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was...

" Prachtig hotel en locatie, zeer ruime kamer en badkamer. Goed bed daarnaast een uitstekende lunch en ontbijt gehad, maar vooral fijne sfeer, service en zeer vriendelijk personeel wij hebben daardoor een heerlijk verblijf gehad en komen graag weer terug! "
