"This is the best hotel you can stay at in KL. There is so much to do just in the hotel. A child friendly place with many children activities. The breakfast buffet is amazing there is so much to choose from. The food is fresh and real food is offered. "Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."

"Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon is a wonderful apartment style accommodation right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city. The apartment has everything you would need including a washing machine and dryer. "Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "
