"Great resort. Extremely calm and laid back, just like we wanted. Plenty of amenities - if you can’t find something you like, the beach is probably not the place for you, The only deficiency is the upkeep of the physical property, but it is nothing that will degrade the quality of your stay. I would definitely highly recommend this resort and hope we have a chance to come back someday."

"Upon arrival at Negril Palms we were greeted warmly and staff was helpful and friendly. We loved walking down the bamboo and palms walkway and it seemed to give more privacy to each private balcony and porch. We were comfortable with our room location but we got the impression that it was not fully prepared for our arrival. we were in our room for about a half hour when staff came to finish sweep and bring additional bathroom items. The room was relaxing for us and the bed was comfortable. What we appreciated the most about our stay was the location. On the beach their bar and dining area overlooks the beach. We enjoyed every meal that was prepared for us and the service that was given showed the staff really wanted our stay to be enjoyed. Great and safe walking distance on the main road to shopping area and two wonderful restaurants that gave us more options. Overall for the rate, location and service from staff, we would stay again at Negril Palms."

"This was an amazing trip!! Staff added little decorations out of the clean laundry on the bed. Couldn't be happier. Staff was really nice and energetic. Always had an answer for you. Rooms cleaned about 2 times a day. Drinks delivered on the beach. Vendors kinda hastled but not if you tell them no and really good pricing for their goods. Great food. If you are looking for paradise with amazing people and a great atmosphere, look no further!!😁"

"My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. This is what staying on the beach should feel like. We don’t like the big, whitewashed all-inclusive types where you don’t even know what country your’re in so staying at Country Country in their rustic, but we’ll-refined, beach cottages was the perfect first time Negril experience for us. The staff could have been a bit friendlier, but everyone was kind and respectful. I hope we return some day."

"The Cliff Hotel was breathtaking, well kept property. The Staff was superb, well informed, very helpful and made you feel right at home. The restaurant on property had a Great selection of food that was very tasty"

"The resort is nice but not one of the nicest we have stayed in. There isn't a whole lot to do so it is more the a person or couple who just want to relax. The beach is also not one of the nicest compared to other resorts down the beach from this resort but they do offer huts which the others don't for sun protection. Water was clean and beautiful."

"Beautiful property. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. I visited the resort twice. My only issue is that they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms. Also, they could do a better job at keeping the Scotch Bonnet hut cleaner like sweeping the floor and wiping off the tables immediately after guests leave the tables. Otherwise, restaurants serve great food, buffet is great. property is lovely, staff is great!"
