"The hotel is beautiful and beach is gorgeous. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, although the beds are hard as a rock.. The food is not very good and the service is hit or miss. Some of the staff is super nice and helpful, while many are rude and act like they are miserable."

"We stayed in a beachfront two room suite. We were in building 3. The room itself was great, only one bathroom though. The amenities for our 3 teenage boys aged 14,15, and 19 were perfect. Our boys played volleyball for hours and the entertainment staff were incredible especially Shadow and Twig. ..."
