I like the location customer service very poor great access location no television rates too high no internet nothing but a room with bee. I like the house it was clean

Great location. Close to all the fun parties and across the street from a great stretch of the beach. Just be sure to contact the hotel prior to check in. Seems there's a communication disconnect between them and Expedia.

This property misrepresented its location...its a dump.. we realized immediatly after coising this property that they misrepresented thier location. Tried to reverse the charge IMMEDIATELY after booking and they would not. Do not book this place it is a dump and scary looking when see it up close

No hot water at all. You had to fight to get bathroom paper and a cup of ice. A lot of mosquitoes and a small fan. The lady there is so rude and tends to forget you did pay to stay. There's alot of other places around the same location that are the same price and so much nicer. And im ok with basics but this location they reallly shouldn't advertise it.

First time staying at Beach Road Cottages at Jah Bs. My overall experience was very pleasant thanks to the professional and courteous staff - especially Ms. Joyce and the Chef (didn't know his name). I was not overly pleased with this lovely property (it has a lot of potential), but I would return just so I can be serviced by Ms, Joyce and the Chef.

Horrible service!

We had booked our room in advance and paid for it. When we arrived, in the evening, we were told we weren't at the right place. We drove around and asked many people and came back to the original spot where they admitted they were the right spot but didn't have our reservation and that all rooms were Booked. We had to find another place and this was after 11:00 pm! They have yet to refund me!

Otäck upplevelse, 4 kackerlackor på 2 dygn, pälsängrar i sängen, ca 15 st som kröp under mig efter jag lagt mig ner. Mögel i kylskåp, lampan inomhus och utomhus funkade inte, bara den på toa och i kök, jätte svaga. Fick 24 myggbett på 2 dygn. Ingen stråle i duschen, men dock fanns varmvatten, till och från. Hundarna hade sin "toa" utanför våran stuga på "ängen" mittemot. Vi skulle bott där i 6 nätter, men gav upp efter 2. Fick ej pengar tillbaka av hotellet.
