"All was good but nothing outstanding."

"The room was clean, however the furniture was soiled. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! "The staff and resort were Jamazing!! Special shout out to Michelle and Nicholas (our butlers) for an amazing experience."

"Staff was great. Laundry isn’t free and neither is room service but it was nice"

"The hotel was nice, Just not enough activities or shows needs more entertainment. If you just want to relax this is the place to go."

"The food is excellent. The rooms are too cold and when you turn off the air conditioner condensation collects on walls and floor which limited you from opening windows and patio doors but the clean up was very fast."

"I will give the hotel property a three star, due to the fact that The amenities are really old as is the hotel. The swimming pool has silver pieces broke in the tub."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience."

"The properties clean and safe. Staff were friendly. The Jamaican and Seafood rest were excellent."
