"I stayed in a cozy bungalow and it was perfect for me for 8 nights. If my stay was shorter, I would have upgraded since the other rooms are more spacious and generally nicer. The customer service was top-notch. The pool was incredible! I spent all my time upstairs in the yoga palapa area."

"The place is okay for the price plus the location is very good.. prob during our stat was that there were certain areas being painted in our floor, so the pungent smell was not nice.. there was also one morning when the housekeeping knocked on our door apparently to check if we were there or something.. i found this to be inappropriate esp because it was still early and we did not even place a “make up room” sign on the outside.. Other than these, the stay was comfortable.. "

"Everything was good but it would be better if the hotel can just give complimentary coffee for guests to have when they wake up in the morning. Sachets of coffee and cream are not that expensive.
