"We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match the ratings at all. The property felt very worn down overall. There was visible wear and tear throughout the hotel, including the lobby furniture and the room furnishings. One of the biggest disappointments was the gym. "Definitely on the low end of the comfort spectrum. The room was clean and essentially comfortable but it had NO extras whatsoever. No lamps, one picture on the wall, very stark. Great place if you can't afford more but will not be looking to stay in one again, if we can help it."

"I rented a smoking room and they gave me a non-smoking room so I had to keep going outside to smoke really didn’t like that but I had no choice cause that’s all they had. They gave my room to somebody else."

"Started at check in, no record of reservation, checked again… oh you’re already checked in, No! I just drove 7 hours from Dallas. They checked someone else in for mine under the FIRST name, Got another room… STINKY, window leaking water, nasty looking, not a King bed like I reserved. Then a barking dog for a hour dnd a half while trying to rest .This was a first and last reservation at this chain."

It’s small, not as big as in picture. We booked the premium room, which was not. It was the size or a regular motel room with 2 beds. It had a sink in the middle that was supposed to have a dishwasher. Was an empty space where dishwasher was removed and not replaced. There were two screws poking out that scratch the...
