"The bed was too soft and one side up against a wall. Bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned. Access to the property was not straight forward. But lovely apartment otherwise. "

"Was promised a room with sauna and tv with the jacuzzi and there was no tv and no sauna shower gel and shampoo was empty tried to call the number I was provided with to let them know there is no tv where the jacuzzi is and also no sauna didn’t answer and gave deposit which I was ment to get back the next day but I had to keep messaging they kept saying next day then a couple of days and also tried to cut £10 off saying I checked out late which isn’t true I definitely don’t recommend to anyone...
