"I needed a fridge & no room service"

"The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. "There was a lot of messages to read and i found the automated "virtual" check in and check out a bit clunky and unintuitive. I had to phone recepgion for help with both processes. I prechecked in and wojld have benefitted from a confirmation stating my key would be waiting. Coffee machine but no coffee. Post the WiFi and password more prominently"

"Clean room, could not connect to WiFi. Tried contact number and left a message and no one called back."

"This is a great, family friendly property that make fantastic use of its space. The host was warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with."

"Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring"

"Lovely hotel with great amenities and lovely grounds. Room was great and a very generous breakfast served each day. The restaurant was a bit pricey however, food is delicious with good portions. Staff all very helpful. Will stay here again."

"We had a wonderful visit for our first trip to Ireland! The house was Amazing once we figured out all the little tricks to living in Ireland."

"Dont know where to start..upgraded to a Jr suite guess not upgraded enough to get a smart tv. TV was tiny and few channels. Booked for the pool..did not tell you pool was open to public and classes so never a good time to go in. Never cleaned our room. Mold and falling apart..dilapidated outside. Restaurant staff rude and unfriendly. No safe in room. Fridge in closet??? Dont even think it worked and had to turn sideways to open. No dresses or drawers area to put clothes away cleaning crew...
