Lovely mountain short getaway

A great place to stay with a young family. The duplex rooms have perfect space, nice terrace, a really nice bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Spa and pool is fantastic and is very child friendly so everyone can have fun together!

A very pleasant stay. Group of families. Perfect for skiing. / Very close to main lift. Great breakfast buffet. Room very clean / great linen / comfortable / quiet etc. Pleasant bar staff. And excellent pool / spa facilities.

It’s a winter wonderland. The Hotel is amazing, the staff are fantastic. We had our 2 year old working cocker spaniel and they made sure he was ok, bowls of water at breakfast and even gave him a bowl of sausages. The spa was fantastic, magical and romantic the views are incredible, we are definitely going back, but next time without our dog. So we can enjoy the spa together!

Séjour exceptionnel aux 4 Vallées Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable à l’Hôtel 4 Vallées à Nendaz. Nett aber zu teuer für was man bekommt

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel ok. Für uns stimmt einfach hier das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht und entspricht nicht 4 Sternen. 1. Zimmer sind schön und sauber, aber in der Nacht war es im Februar sicherlich 24/25 Grad und wir konnten die Temperatur nicht regulieren. Wir sind immer wieder erwacht, weil wir so heiss hatten. Hatten ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite und der Balkon war gegen die Stützmauer, also quadi kein Tageslicht und keine Aussicht. Fand ich nicht sehr schlimm, aber halt bei einem stolzen Übernachtungspreis von 300.— nicht gerade der Hit. Könnte man davon absehen, wenn alles andere toll gewesen wäre. 2. Frühstück war lecker, aber auch hier hätte ich erwartet, dass Heissgetränke serviert werden. Kenne ich nur so von Hotels. War alles Selbstbedienung. Auswahl eher bescheiden. Rührei sah aus wie eine Pampe, habe ich nicht versucht. Wasser mit Kohlensäure stand nur eine Kleine Valser Flasche da, wurde auch nicht „aufgefüllt“ 3. empfang: war nett, aber mehr auch nicht. Koffer wurden nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht keine grossen Infos zur Region. Gesprochen wird Französisch und teilweise Englisch. 4. SPA: eigentlich wäre der SPA Bereich toll ausgerüstet, aber es stinkt so abartig mit dieser dauerfeuchten Holztreppe, und auch sonst eher schmuddelig. Im Innenbereich vom Grossen Pool zwischen den Gitterstäben am Boden alles voller Dreck und verlorenen Gegenständen von anderen Besuchern. Zudem liegt einfach ein abgerissenes Stromkabel von einer Lampe am Boden.

Qualité du service et du petit déjeuner à revoir

Le chauffe porte-serviette était hors service; dans la chambre, il n'y a pas de port USB, c'est dommage dans un hôtel de ce niveau. La qualité du petit déjeuner et du service du petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau: les oeufs brouillés baignaient dans l'eau, la charcuterie et le saumon fumé était tout transpirant, le personnel service n'était pas du tout aimable. Avant de prendre la route, mon fils a voulu acheter 3 bouteilles de coca au bar pour la route, on lui a dit qu'il devait aller à la Coop.

Magnifique séjour relaxant

Magnifique hôtel de style chalet situé au centre de Haute-Nendaz. Parking payant sur place. En été le parking à proximité est gratuit. Personnel chaleureux et souriant. L’hôtel est parfaitement adapté aux enfants avec une grande salle de jeux et une pataugeoire. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien isolée. Room service rapide et délicieux. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié mais malheureusement certains produits au buffet (lait de vache, fromage, miel…) n’étaient pas réapprovisionnés. L’espace spa est incroyable et bien équipé: piscine extérieure chauffée, piscine couverte, bain à remous, hammam, sauna et salle de détente. À l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage j’avais demandé à l’hôtel une petite attention. La surprise était super jolie mais nous a été facturée 40.- lors du check out, et ce sans même nous avoir demandé notre accord ! Malgré cet incident, l’expérience était vraiment relaxante et je recommande cet hôtel.

Standort gleich neben Bergbahn (mit Lift gehts hoch). Spa: Offen von 10-20.00 Uhr. Schön gemacht. Gute Auswahl an Saunen / Dampfbäder. Pool eher kühl. Nur Wasser, keine Teestation (haben ansonsten viele Hotels). Service: Franz oder/und Englisch. Habe nach Kaffeekapseln an der Rezeption gefragt, hatten keine und konnten mir nicht weiterhelfen. Danach 2x Zimmerservice angerufen und nochmals Rezeption, niemand abgenommen. Ausstatung Zimmer: Super, vor allem da ich eine Dusche und Badewanne hatte. Bademantel, Badeschuhe, Shampoo, Haircondidior, Wattenstäbchem, Shaving, Duschmittel und Föhn vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine mit 2 Sorten Tee. 1x Stilles Wasser. Frühstück: Nicht dem Standart entsprechend. Nichts angeschrieben. Keine Glutenfreie Cracker oder Ähnliches. Gewisse Eierspeisen müssen bezahlt werden. Habe mich auf Pancake gefreut wie auf den Bilder, wurde leider enttäuscht da nicht vorhanden. Dafür Quichelorain, Lachs, Trutenbrust, Rohschinken, Würstchen, Rührei, Tirolercake, Croissant, Roggenbrot, Cornflacks, Soja- und Mandelmilch…

Hotel ist ein Reinfall

Wuerde Expedia empfehlen, dieses Hotel nicht mehr anzubieten. Preis/Leistung ist katastrophal. Das Haus ist voll belegt, da verschiedenste Dealseiten die Zimmer zu niedrigen Preisen anbieten. Sessel und Stühle sind zerschlissen, in den Speisesaal dürfen Hunde mitgnommen werden. Das Frühstück ist mässig. Insgesamt sehr entäuschend.

das Hotel hat kein 4*+ Nivau. Preis/Leistung schlecht. Zerschlissene Sessel ( Lobby) und Stühle (Früstücksbereich). Frühstück bescheiden. Ein absolutes no go sind Hunde im Speisesaal (hier beim Frühstück). Lichtblick ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, insbesondere der Rezeption

Bien mais pourrait faire mieux

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre avec vitrage, de ce fait aucune intimité même aux WC !!! Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Magnifique spa.
