"I had an amazing stay. The manager at the reception desk was so helpful when I arrived hours before check-in, first thing in the morning. I had a lovely room which was immaculate. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. I had a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were really soft. The swimming pool opens in May. The wifi was great. I had breakfast in the morning and was given freshly cooked eggs made to order in record time. I...

My eyes got so watery. The breakfast is unacceptable: cold fried eggs, limited choices, salty cheeses. It is within walking distance to Sanderbeg square and the major attractions. "
