"This property was a really unique and a nice change from a big hotel chain. Staff were welcoming & helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. There was plenty of room for 4 guests. We appreciated having a balcony to sit. The suite came with all the amenities we needed and extra helpful touches of information, navigating around for groceries, snacks, etc. We chose this property because it was close proximity to our friend we were visiting who lives in Andersonville. Hotel was easy location for pick up by Lyft/Uber and within walking distance to the ”L” (rail transportation). The only thing I would grade low is the mattress in the primary bedroom. It had sagged from use/weight of other guests which made it uncomfortable for me (103 lb female) as I sunk in it. The restaurant 2 doors down was convenient; our meals were good, reasonably priced, it is a very casual spot. On a side note, we had an ADA room. We didn’t need ADA, but appreciated it from point of view for our son, who is paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. He would have been able to stay in this suite. Plenty of room for manual wheelchair to move around, counters fitted for wheelchair (not motorized) to get under and close enough to use microwave, sinks, etc. No carpet in room, which creates “drag”; “wood” flooring and tile bathrooms make for smooth movement for manual wheelchair. Suite was right next to elevator. Recommend this hotel if the location is right for a person’s"

"Stunning courtyard, relaxing porch and sweet grey cats!! Instructions were easy to follow for access & luggage storage. Blackout curtains were a huge help as 3rd floor W was warm— another guest left something that spilled on our refrigerated items and towels in the bathroom, but it was convenient to have laundry machine access— we enjoyed our stay!!"
