"Contrairement aux autres fois ou on m'avait placé juste au dessus du bar avec de la musique jusqu'à 4 heure du matin cette fois je vous remercie de m'avoir donné la suite 415. Cette suite est juste au dessus de mon garçon qui habite le British. C'est SUPER ! Je voudrais cette chambre les prochaines fois ou une semblable et également toute proche de l'ascenseur (problème de mobilité) ce serait TRÉS apprécié. Encore une fois un gros MERCI JPJ"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Conveniently located and my room was lovely. The bathroom is a bit dated (as are the hallways) but the room itself was upgraded, clean, comfortable , I had housecoats and bottled water and breakfast was great. I left behind my phone charger and it was waiting for me at the front desk in a bag with my room number. I could not ask for better service. I will 100% stay here again. Thank you for being a hidden gem in Ottawa . "
