"The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts when you're speaking. The signage leading to rooms 210-220 are non-existent so we needed to ask a non-english speaking employee to take us to where the rooms were which was difficult...

"Hotel has a beautiful view of the harbor and is well located - very easy to walk to dining and downtown. Room and hotel overall were clean and felt luxurious. Coach bed was comfortable as well. Loved having a door between the bedroom and living area! Overall great experience."

"Had a great time in Boston. Was a little discouraged by the exuberant fees that I didn’t see listed. Maybe I missed a document but he prepared to drop the price of another night upfront when you arrive. The location is nice and right outside one of the train stations. "

"The property is spotless. My queen superior studio with sofa bed was small but reasonably comfortable. The suggested parking garage is valet which I dislike. I used the Midtown Hotel garage instead. Safe and covered. Expensive though. Walked and used the subway for my entire stay. Driving in downtown Boston is a huge hassle and I don’t recommend it for getting around. The room only had 2 flaws: the smoke detector was missing and a ceiling cover for an old no longer used fire sprinkler was coming...

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all and their communication felt unprofessional, especially during checkout.
I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating my son’s 3rd birthday, but there was no acknowledgment at all—not even a simple “happy birthday.” It felt like we were completely overlooked, which was upsetting given the occasion.
Overall, this was one of the least welcoming Hilton experiences I’ve had."

"Stayed 7 days. First day the door would not close and latch. Clearly a problem. It got fixed two days later. The location is great. Steps away from TD garden and North station. However, the property is clearly worn down and in need of updates. Also, they charge an amenity fee but there are no amenities to speak of. Getting tired of junk fees. "

"Everything was top shelf here granted there was only one robe in the room and they should've been 2
And there was a little confusion over the room I had booked

"Rooms are very small but functional. Tight for 2 people to move around. Shower was tight ...maybe just under 3x3. Front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. Had the room cleaned one day but the lady left all of our used coffee cups which ended up filling up our garbage to overflowing pretty quick.
You're really paying for a great location right in the heart of historic Boston. Easy walk to any of the sights and restaurants. "
