"The new staff didn’t speak much English and my room was in the room that I picked"

"First night, my wife was bitten a lot by mosquitos. I pointed it out the staff_all they can say that's normal to us. Our parking in the cabins is said to hold 4 vehicles. Again told the staff and asked if i can just park at the bottom. Being the property is on an uphill, it VERY dangerous to maneuver and park."

"This is a a great hotel - very clean, beautiful beach views and right in the middle of Orient Village. Excellent restaurant and just steps away from your room. And the staff is amazing. They are so kind and helpful. One day we needed a cab for a short ride and a hotel staffer said “it willl take ten minutes for a cab to get here. I will drive you myself.” I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff."

"The beach was the best place. The front desk staff were not helpful or courteous. Rooms are clean but old or dampness and had a/c was not working on last day!"

"Great property location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms however kitchen appliances and utensils need a bit of upgrades. Other that that my stay was very satisfying."
