"Great location, directly off the S9 route from the airport and immediately opposite an Edeka for your shopping needs. Nice large room, easy check in, comfortable bed, everything you need for a stay in Berlin.
The only issue I had was the shower door opens inwards meaning it is a bit of a squeeze to actually get in to the shower."

"I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. Then I found this hotel in Potsdam for €414 for two nights.
Getting to the fair was easy: the tram stop is about 200 metres away, and with a transfer to the S7, the journey took around an hour. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr Nicholas also replied quickly whenever I had a question.

"The common area (laundry, fitness etc) is under renovation but we’re not informed ahead of time. When I asked about the laundry location, I kept receiving the same instructions and code how to access when it’s not really available. We could have brought more clothes during the trip as we expected to be able to wash our clothes and not packed them dirty.
Room cleaning is once a week which was our entire stay, sheets were not changed and room was not cleaned. They have to clean more...

"I arrived late at night and there was nobody at the front desk. The instructions given and self check-in were very poor. It was nearly impossible finding the room which was on the second floor of a side building. There were no lights in the hallways or the stairwells. The room itself wasn’t bad and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no parking other than street parking and the car had to be moved at 8 AM. The parking meters only took cash, which is a headache if you’re living in the...
