"Had a really pleasant stay at this apartment hotel.
The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived,
It's only a 6-minute walk to the nearest S-Bahn station, which made getting around the city very easy and convenient.
The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had complete cookware, so we could prepare our own meals without any issues ,pots, pans, utensils, plates, the works.
Overall, a comfortable, practical, and well-maintained option. Would happily stay...

"Disappointing Stay – Good Location, Poor Room Condition
I stayed at Apartmenthaus Berlin Neukölln while visiting Berlin for a gig nearby. The location was convenient, with good transport links, and the check-in process was very easy. Unfortunately, these were the main positives of my stay.
The room itself was in poor condition and fell short of my expectations. There was no kettle, and although they offered a coffee machine as an alternative, the drinks were not heated properly. There was also...

"Pros:
The check-in process was very smooth, all-done online and through whatsapp.
They allowed me to check-in at 12 pm for free, since the room was already ready.
Everything was clean and set up nicely.
Free water, coffee, earplugs
Very close to the S-Bahn, so transportation is very easy
Friendly staff
Cons:
The room did not look like any of the ones in the pictures, but it was mostly similar. There was a big circular brown burn stain/mark on the ground.
It was only one double sofa bed,...

Unseren eigenen Dreck Weg machen, kein Problem. Montage Arbeitern hinterher...
