"During 3 we never received Clean Room neither towels change the Day before s living I talles with a cleaner gay and he out the trash and changed the towels. This hotel has not telephone in the rooms therefore is not posible to call to Room service or emergency….. very Bad idea. The Fiat Day the Bar ..."

After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. Later in the day, it got quite warm ..."
