Khách sạn Neuve-Chapelle

"The place is difficult to gain access to, the room itself has a sign cut gate but it was locked. No answer on the phone number. The house attached had a full driveway and no obvious front door. I had to wander round the back around building equipment to try and find someone, it was quite uncomfortable. Two lovely ladies eventually let me in the property. It is a nice clean and modern room that despite its large size some still feels cluttered with furniture. The biggest surprise was a hot tub...

"Beautiful grounds. Comfortable and spacious room"

"The Hotel was really nice and clean. The staff were nice and friendly also. I will definitely visit again in the future."

"Good location, on the big square. Our room looked over the square which was lovely. Hotel was a bit tired but clean. Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Good value"

"Lovely single room that was perfect. It actually didn’t feel small as had shelving and even a little desk. Tea and coffee in the room. Shower was lovely. Staff helpful when I worried about a cat shut in a neighbouring building. And Blue the cat is friendly and desperate to get to your room with you but the signs say no!! Haha"

"We had a great stay here. The hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring Lille and accessing the stations. The room was really clean, the facilities were great and the staff were super useful. The sauna was clean and usable. Also the communal relaxation area was a brilliant element of the hotel that we weren’t expecting. All round - highly recommend."

Rien a dire on reviendra"

"I don't understand why hotels put people in rooms that are substandard when people book through other platforms. This one is a example, the hotel wasn't busy yet we were placed in a really crummy room (they will say it was fully booked, it wasn't). The bed was absolutely awful, possibly the worst I have ever had, except maybe for a bed in Tilburg where my secretary had booked a brothel. The bed had a plastic cover underneath the sheets. The staff were disinterested and surely apart from the...
