"We love staying at Harmony Ridge Lodge when we visit the Nevada City area. It is in a lovely forested area that also has shady fruit trees to enjoy while relaxing outside. The gardens are well maintained and lovely. The complementary breakfast offers all one could possibly want in a cozy dining room and fireplace seating area. The rooms are always clean, bright, roomy and easy to control the temperature in winter or in summer."

We had been concerned that we would have to eat in the courtyard every day as we have a pup with us so we were pleased we could eat in the lobby where there was a table or sofas to sit at. Grass Valley is very dog friendly overall so it was easy to bring him with us to explore every day."
