"Bathroom very small and shower not in good condition and shower pressure too strong hitting you like knife and can’t adjust it."

"Terrific very polite and extremely helpful staff! Breakfast is out of this world, made to order, Mark runs it in am and he is excellent at his job. We stayed 3 nights and seen manager Don every morning - he was there and talking to everyone and making sure that all is good. That is how the hotel should be run . Def will be back if in the area again."

"The rooms were good size and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is offered, and the cost is very reasonable. Location of the hotel is close to the highway and a Plus. The shower in the bathroom, however, is precarious. The base of the shower is very slippery and there is no bathmat, so you have to be really careful not to fall. Also, unfortunately, there was an adjoining room, and the noise from the second room filters over and it’s very loud! We could also hear everything going on in...

"The reservation was made on 6/19 at approximately 4pm. By 5pm it was determined that the reservation was not needed. I requested a refund but was notified that the policy does not allow refunds. This was a terrible experience with the Hilton Hotel in Pittsburgh."

"I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint would be that I paid about triple the usual rate due to a large group occupying many of the rooms. My dates were not flexible as I was visiting Children's Hospital for an appointment. That aside, the entire experience was pleasant. The facility was nice and the staff was friendly, especially Jesse at the front desk and another lady who appeared to be a lobby attendant of sorts."
