"Great hotel in the centre of the city. We had family room with small patio area. You can see air balloons at 5am from patio. It is carved in the cave - absolutely gorgeous. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was great. Only small improvement i can suggest - better shampoo and conditioner and dispenser thst did not work in our room. "We arrived at the property around 2:00 PM and had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour to find someone to check us to our room. There was nobody at the reception desk or in the hotel for more than an hour. Then we finally checked in and he showed us our room. The room was smelly and full of mold, we complained but he didn't help us to change the room and told us to run the shower and the smell will go away, so we did that and nothing changed.
