"Shabby looking. Our suite was mostly ok until we saw the bathroom. Filthy. Hair on floor. Thick mold in shower corners, dirty shower floor, corroded chrome racks, sticky dirty light switch plates, make up and dirty sticky drips and smudges on both sides of bathroom door and door frames. We would have left immediately but it was too late to get different hotel reservations. We left first thing in the morning. We will not be back. What a shame to use The Mountain View name."

"The front desk staff- Lisa, Ray, Skip, and Michael, are very friendly, courteous, and professional individuals. They always remember me, my name, and ask about my parents who are located in a nearby nursing facility. I enjoy the breakfast and the treats and coffee that are available throughout the day and night. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are very comfortable to relax in. I enjoy my stay at this location and have been coming there for many months now and plan on returning for future stays."

"Their were renovations happening in the fitness center but we didnt know until a day later. They were renovating the outdoor area too. But the rooms were terrific, food was decent, large areas to congregate and meet."

"This hotel is 100% the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Bugs were present in our room. We couldn't even stay the night, they offered another room and the other room smelled so rank we couldn't get 5 feet inside the door. The hotel would then not refund our money. We called the health department on them. Hotels.com i cant believe you had a rating on this place as high as it was, this was the only factor i picked this place in the first place. They would get zero stars if customers actually go here. Terrible place to stay. My guess is the staff has to be filling these out on the daily. "
