"This is my second stay at a Fairfield in the last week, one in Michigan and this one. Both locations I could not watch Netflix because TV would not load anything. I was able to sign on to my account but after that it just spun. Same issue in both locations."

"Location was great. It was quiet no outside traffic noise. I liked that you could order from bar area restaurant until 10pm. Really nice gym and pool. Dont like the fact people can see in from the outside. Its on the lower garage level. Breakfast lounge area was very nice, spacious need key card to enter. "I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean."

"Room was modern and clean. Common areas were well maintained. I used the gym and was pleased with the machines and equipment. The free breakfast was great and included pancakes, eggs, breakfast meat, and a variety of other items. Location was ideal for my visit. I will stay at the Tru by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield the next time I am in the area."
