"This was not our first visit to this hotel but it was by far our worse. We selected this hotel as it had a pool and we were coming for my daughter’s birthday. We elected for a suite which was spacious but run down. The first day the cable went out and didn’t return until morning. We called the front desk to ask for extra pillows as we were using both beds and the pull out couch. We were told that they would try. At this point I also asked for extra towels as they gave us 2 for 4 people and I basically had to beg for enough towels to be able to dry my hair. When the lady delivered the towels my husband asked about the pillow and was told that there were no extras. When he asked if she could simply grab one from an unoccupied room, he was informed that they were basically sold out so that was not an option. When I went to the front desk to attempt to change our reservation from 2 nights to 1 I was asked why we were unhappy I mentioned the lack of extra amenities, the cable not working and the tub not draining properly. When I mentioned it the pillow the gentleman laughed and said “I don’t know who would tell you that, I can get you pillows right now”. When I pointed out who mentioned it, she lied and said she told my husband she would bring it in a short bit. The pillow never did arrive, even for the second night (and we did go back and ask after learning we could not shorten the stay). All in all, disappointed and will not return."
