"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the condition of the room and our overall experience.
When we first checked in, the room had clearly not been cleaned at all. The bed was dirty and unmade, and we had to call the front desk to let them know. We were informed that they had put us in a room that had not been scheduled to be cleaned. We were moved, however the new room had an odor and on top of that, we had no hot water for showers.
We also requested an extra blanket for the pullout...

"It was an odd combination of decent amenities to a room which was average at best. The toilet area in the bathroom was something to be seen to believe, so small you could not even put the toilet paper on the dispenser or your knees would hit, but the shower was great. There was a single tiny waste basket in the bathroom and nothing in the rest of the room, which caused us to have to stack garbage on the bathroom basket like we were playing reverse Jenga. Don't even get me started on the floor...
