"the property is old and needs upgrading, sink stopper didn't work, killed maybe thirty beetles by the window and bathroom and two on bed, this was the last straw, so we checked out one day early. The included breakfast was not worth it, the tables were not wiped down between guest. The front desk was only occasionally manned."

"The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was the only minor disappointment. It wasn’t bad, just basic. Packaged oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels, donuts, yogurt. We didn’t use the pools, so can’t comment on that."

"This place just gives you the bare minimum. We were there on holiday weekend, so of course it would be expensive. But the place doesn’t even give you a bottle of water or a bar of soap. There are two plastic glasses and no dishes for the microwave. The breakfast is also lacking. The help however, were friendly. All in all it was a disappointing stop for a lot of money. I do not recommend."

"The motel was very beautiful right by the mountains, and just a short walk to Glenwood Springs. The rooms were well kept, and the staff was very nice and kind to answer all of the questions my friends and I had. Over all, the stay was very nice with a lot of activities and fun locations to walk to!"

"I loved that the room we got had three queen beds. I liked how nice the breakfast was in the morning and how many tables there were for guests to sit at. But for the price I paid, I didn’t like that my room came without a shower curtain, dirty carpets and fresh blood stains on my pillow. My son’s bed didn’t have a mattress protector and had what looked like a puke stain under the sheet. The cleanliness was pretty upsetting."

"Our stay at Hotel Glenwood Springs was disappointing, especially considering that we specifically requested and were promised an accessible room for my wife. When we checked in, one of the front desk employees initially told us that our room was accessible. However, another employee then stated that they “don’t just put” guests needing accessible accommodations into a king room. As a result, we were assigned Room 311, which was not the accessible room we had been promised. The problems didn’t...

"This is a beautiful old historic hotel the rooms were lovely but most importantly, the staff was incredible we stayed over the 4th of July Weekend Glenwood Springs was packed and we ended up eating most of our meals at the restaurant; we had breakfast and dinner, as well as room service.
