"Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout."

"Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Overall the hotel is fine. The biggest thing was that there was water damage and mold all around the shower head in our room. We notified them so hopefully they fix it. The other issue is totally personal but I found the bed to be way too soft which caused some significant back discomfort. Again this is a personal thing so if you like soft beds this place is for you."

"Parking wasn't great, there is enough for the number of hotel rooms, but not enough room for hotel guests if there is a function on....Which seems to be often. We had to park in a nearby carpark and keep checking for a free space. Breakfast was ok. On the first morning it was quite quiet but they Kept running out of coffee and plates. The second morning was better. Food is nothing special. The Room. We stayed in the Emily Dickinson room, it was ok. Nice decor. Bed terrible, needs...

"Charming & clean room. Bright & cheery. Kimmie was a great host! She even loaned us blankets to sit outside by the outdoor fireplace at night. James & Kimmie provided a delicious breakfast that was fresh & tasty in the morning. Recommend to anyone!"

"Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap”...

"The check in was easy, seamless, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean, basic, sheets were clean, room was cool and had to ask for extra blanket. No window as window AC installed. The only downfall was the lack of towels provided. Solid 2.5 star hotel. Would stay again for location and price."

"The hotel could easily pass for a motel and the pictures shared on their online page were much better than what you experience physically on ground. Their breakfast was horrible and not in the best shape. The swimming pool was also non-functional and the ambience needs to be kept cleaner and tidier. The amount charged for the facility is way too expensive for what they offer."

"The bed was comfortable and away from the Main Street noise and close to Heritage bible seminary where the conference was taking place. Screens in the window in my room need replacing because there was a big hole in the screen. The staff was helpful and pleasant."
