"Room was very tidy and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly all around. Girl working in the breakfast nook friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options for most people including. Gluten-free bread. Note. Not hotels fault but tons of road work going on all around the area of King Street and outward. A little hard to find exactly where you are going cu some entrances and the hotel blocked to local businesses and lane closures. Get there before the usual five o'clock traffic or after for...

"It was a very clean hotel. Very disappointed that we picked that hotel because they have a pool and our kids wanted to swim. Pool was closed for cleaning! We would have stayed at a cheaper hotel without a pool, if we knew it was closed."

"Central location minutes walking distance to St. Jacobs Market. Everything about this hotel is thoughtful in its design and service. The splash pad for the littles, the hot breakfast spread with all the classics, the 24/7 coffee bar, the towel hooks the shoe shine wipes/stain remover wipes, the spaciousness of the rooms, the comfy beds, the staff checking in and being friendly. Overall fantastic stay and will come again!"

"The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. In our room we found a piece of a chocolate bar just barely under the dresser and we had not brought any ourselves. When looking at the website for the hotel it shows images of a basic breakfast setup with a variety of choices available; including fruit, cereal, and what looked to be a waffle station, but upon arrival we found that we could only get tea or coffee when we liked, and the provided 'breakfast' was a package of two Dad's oatmeal...

"Mold smell all over the place and towels were stinky and could smell it all over also there was like chips and all kind of garbage in the lobby outside the room etc. There were other guests making constant noise until 2 am at night opening and shutting doors and talking and laughing loudly in the lobby could not sleep well. Door in my room did not shut properly either it was like partially closed and could barely lock it."
