"Great place to stay if you just need a clean & great place to crash and then hit the city. Our room was small but that's all we needed. Just a place to sleep in between exploring the city. Staff was great. Loved this place!!"

"Clean room. We had a suite. There is no separation between the bed and sitting area. I wouldn't really call it a suite. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The staff is outstanding. They were extremely helpful and kind. Great location. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant on site if you choose to purchase meals there. "

"Not what I was expecting. It was ok. I will not come back. Staff at the bar and other staff were very rude. Room was outdated. Bathroom was very, very small. Again, it was ok. Staff need training. Would not recommend and will not come back. "

"I had a great stay at the New Haven Hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by offering helpful tips on local places to eat, which made the trip even better. There was plenty of parking available, which made coming and going easy and stress-free. The hotel itself was very clean throughout, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again."
