"had previously heard positive remarks about La Quinta Inn; however, my recent experience was quite the opposite. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the presence of several individuals whose behavior I found unsettling, both outside the main entrance and within the lobby area.
While the front desk representative was helpful and the check-in process was efficient, I was not provided with essential information such as the location of elevators or other amenities. As I proceeded to my room, 824, I observed that the hallways and elevator areas were not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness.
Upon entering my assigned room, I was dismayed to find that it bore no resemblance to the images presented on your website at the time of my booking. Further inspection revealed numerous deficiencies, leading me to conclude that the room's condition was unsatisfactory.
I would be pleased to provide pictures evidence to support my observations.
