"Pulling up to this property, we could tell it was going to be pristine as the outside was immaculately kept. The room was as advertised -but SO CLEAN as well. It is rare to stay at a property where the pictures actually portray the room properly... There were no surprises here. The country decor is charming, and the theme carries through the lobby, halls and rooms. The beds were SO comfortable - best sleep in days! Thank you!"

"The room was clean and ready for early check in. I did not eat the breakfast, but I did check it out while I was getting my coffee. It looked very good and it was so much more than the usual continental breakfast at most places. The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was clean. It is also conveniently located close to Coney Island Beach but out of the hustle and bustle area."

"I have been to this location/hotel several times and we really like it here. Its only 3 miles to the beach,its clean,they have a great breakfast and free bottled water at the desk. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is super comfortable with a nice size tv. This is our go to jersey shore hotel"

"This is a wonderful hotel. Great location between the river and ocean. Room was clean and the property was well maintained. We were excited about the amenities but unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed during our short stay. Would book again."

"The lobby entry is so pretty and vintage, and the front desk was really friendly. The rooms are small, but they give a European olden times vibes. The bar staff was on the drinks and sweet treats. The back patio was a nice place to spend time looking over the water. Will definately be back!"

"the entire presentation was not what i was expecting online, i booked a stay because i’ve previously stayed at sonesta’s before but this was not sonesta quality, i was given the wrong room, then told there was nothing i could do about it, i was finally given the room i requested only to be confronted by a smell of mildew and wet towels, on top of a strong smell of cigarette and marijuana, i did not even stay past midnight, i am actively seeking refund, as i did not even stay the night due to the...

"The room smell a lot like cigarette even with the freshener that it haves,the Ac worked great!! Good location as well parking on site is a great plus,the lady on the front desk was wonderful and very helpful! I believe the bathroom needs to be renovated a little ."

"We paid extra for the kitchenette room, so we were a bit surprised to find the cabinets and drawers completely empty when we arrived. There was information in the room indicating that the front desk could provide kitchen supplies and utensils, but it took some time for them to locate everything we needed. Fortunately, we were able to get the items later, and everything worked out. Aside from that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay."
