"My experience was not a good one. Room was not properly clean especially the floor. A/C was not working during my stay I almost passed out from the heat. The WiFi sucks! It kept going in and out, very weak . I reported the problem to the front desk yet they did Nothing! I would never recommend this place yo anyone. Also the customer service was poor except for that one lady I spoke to on my way out. She was very nice to us. She did apologized to us for the inconvenience."

"Ashley at the front desk was the greatest asset of the hotel. She is courteous and provides great customer service. Kayla was good as well and the Housekeeping staff was really good. We booked 2 rooms.
Upon arrival there was only 1 fork, 1 spoon, 1 plate, 1 cup in the mini-kitchen in each room. I asked for extra and we received paper supplies. We plugged in the fridge but never figured out how to get the stove working. The bathroom flooded whenever you showered. In our first set of rooms, there...

"Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. Yes, there are neighbors so the basic common neighborly courtesy applies. The neighbors and staff are also...

"The staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. While the amenities were limited and the decor a bit outdated, I appreciated how clean and presentable the apartment was during my short visit. With a few modern updates and some repairs, this place could truly shine and provide an even more enjoyable experience. "
