"Noooooooo luke,warm, or hot water AT ALL!!!!!! I mean none!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! It was absolutely cold water and I let the water run to see if it would get warm or hot as time went by and nope it was cold!!!! We also noticed the room floor had all dead bugs, tons everywhere including on the walls in the room. we didn't get to notice all this till after eleven p m.When we came back from the casino and by that time nobody was at the office. Also, The breakfast was terrible and the options were very limited, and I did try to have a little bit of cereal and a cup of coffee and the cereal was steal and old. mind you i was one of the first people to go for breakfast at 7 am. it was horrible (the door had just been opened) We had neighbors next door for a few hours outside very very loud outside their door and even with us having the tv on, we could still hear how loud for hours they went on, it started after 12 midnight and didn't end till after 3 am. It was such a horrible stay and night. The bed springs also made the ending for a nights sleep soooooo bad we would Not recommena yone and we hope the owners can fix and address those issues because the amount of money you pay for a night, we shouldn't have service like that. They need and must do better!!!! Not cool at all, but the best part is the fire pit outside and the hanging outside lights unfortunately. I can only say and give part of a star for that because otherwise don't waste your hard earned money on trash for any night"

"Limited menu for dinner. Food was mediocre but hotel is very nice and staff is super friendly. Very close to Foxwoods with uber options available. Very nice to have bar open late and Mark was awesome. Also nice to have lobby market with snacks and drinks available to purchase 24 hours."
