Hi Theresa, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! A credit card for incidentals is a standard procedure in hotels and is not new to our hotel, when booking through a third party site (like Expedia) we have to have a form of payment on file should anything happen in our guest rooms. I apologize about your experience with breakfast - we do offer bananas on our breakfast bar and the yogurt is located in the breakfast fridge beside our coffee bar. We also offer other items including biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage or bacon, and our famous cinnamon rolls. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future!
