"The room/apartment was great, once you get inside. Finding the place is a little tricky (look for the colorful wall and use the keypad). And the buildings are black, which was a bit off-putting. No one to great you. You receive a door code via email. However, once inside, it's awesome. our unit had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Communication was very good to help me over the hump of finding the place and getting in. I would not consider the area "walkable," but plenty...

"Awesome place to stay and have some quiet time. Mrs. Kitty is wonderful and maintains a really nice property. RV spots, apartments and hotel rooms. Hard to beat in the Carlsbad area."

"For a skier, convenient lockers on premises just a minute walk to lift. The room temperature control is a bit funky, but I just opened an outside door to cool it down. Staff are very down-to-earth nice. Hope to come back next year!"
